Tak\u00e9 tu spat\u0159\u00edte r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy ovoce a zeleniny, kter\u00e9 jsou od italsk\u00fdch dodavatel\u016f a li\u0161\u00ed se od na\u0161ich svou velikost\u00ed a v\u016fn\u00ed. Tady budete m\u00edt zaru\u010deno, \u017ee suroviny budou opravdu \u010derstv\u00e9, r\u00e1no nakoupen\u00e9 na zdej\u0161\u00edm trhu. Typick\u00fdm pokrmem je sarde in saor, co\u017e jsou sardinky ve sladkokysel\u00e9m n\u00e1levu, pod\u00e1van\u00e9 s cibul\u00ed. Je to sp\u00ed\u0161e p\u0159edkrm. Dal\u0161\u00edm j\u00eddlem jsou fegato alla veneziana \u2013 j\u00e1tra osma\u017een\u00e1 na cibulce. Ochutnejte tak\u00e9 rizotto nera (\u010dern\u00e9 rizoto). Jedn\u00e1 se o rizoto, do kter\u00e9ho se p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 s\u00e9piov\u00fd inkoust, odtud jeho n\u00e1zev. Je opravdu \u010dern\u00e9 a velmi chutn\u00e9.
